Ingredients per 1000g (1 kg) of meat
| eel | 1.5 kg | 3-1/2 lbs. |
| salt | to taste | to taste |
| pepper | 1 pinch | 1 pinch |
| beaten egg | 1 egg | 1 egg |
| flour | for dredging | for dredging |
| butter | 110 g | 1/4 lb. |
Instructions
- Add salt and pepper to the eel.
- Roll in beaten egg and flour.
- Bake in hot butter to a nice brown color.
