Baked Eel

Ingredients per 1000g (1 kg) of meat

eel 1.5 kg 3-1/2 lbs.
salt to taste to taste
pepper 1 pinch 1 pinch
beaten egg 1 egg 1 egg
flour for dredging for dredging
butter 110 g 1/4 lb.

Instructions

  1. Add salt and pepper to the eel.
  2. Roll in beaten egg and flour.
  3. Bake in hot butter to a nice brown color.
