Smoked Mackerel Salad

Ingredients per 1000g (1 kg) of meat

2 smoked mackerels
tomatoes 3
hard boiled egg 2 eggs
parsley to garnish
dill 2 Tbsp
mayonnaise as needed
salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Remove skin and bones.
  2. Dice fish, tomatoes and hard boiled eggs.
  3. Mix finely chopped dill with mayonnaise.
  4. Mix diced mackerel with dill mayonnaise.
  5. Garnish with parsley, diced tomatoes and diced/sliced eggs.
